ANFF-Q Director Professor Justin Cooper-White and ANFF-Q clients Professors Alan Rowan and Ernst Wolvetang are co-Directors of The University of Queensland‘s new $7 million regenerative medicine research centre.

The UQ Centre in Stem Cell Ageing and Regenerative Engineering (UQ-StemCARE) will research the body’s regenerative abilities and how they may be extended to improve the quality of older people’s lives and increase their productivity and participation in society.

The centre was launched by Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk at UQ’s Australian Institute for Bioengineering and Nanotechnology on 17 October 2016.
