ATA Scientific would like to invite you to attend their free workshop and test drive the new Phenom ProX desktop Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). This workshop will provide you with new insights and enable you experience the Phenom SEM instrument via scheduled demonstrations followed by additional “hands on” time for sample analysis.
On show:
Phenom ProX Gen 5 — Desktop SEM with enhanced imaging performance (up to 150,000x magnification, <8nm resolution, BSD, SED, particle, pore & fibre metrology), plus fully integrated x-ray analysis (EDS), fastest time to imaging (<30sec) and “never lost” navigation.
Both new and experienced users are invited to enjoy the demonstrations followed by additional “hands on” time for sample analysis. Applications include Forensic investigation, Material characterisation, Metallurgy, Process control, Pharmaceutical, Industrial research and more.
Talk/Demo: A brief talk and demonstration will be repeated twice a day.
Morning session: 9am – 10am
Afternoon session: 1pm – 2pm
Hands on: Following each talk and demonstration the Phenom SEM will be available for participants to operate and for sample analysis.
Morning session: 10am – 12pm
Afternoon session: 2pm – 4pm.
